Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size and limited season, cancellations affect us greatly. All cancellations are subject to a $30 fee per room reserved.

  • Deposits will be refunded provided the cancellation is received 21 days (30 days for the Penthouse Turret Suite) prior to the scheduled date of arrival (less the $30 fee)
  • If a cancellation is made with within 21 days (30 days for the Penthouse Turret Suite) of the scheduled arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. For this reason we recommend looking into travel insurance -check out what Conde Nast suggests. If the reservation can be re-booked in its entirety, the deposit (less the $30 fee) will be refunded
     
  • Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or early departures
